An enduro sure. Contact the USFS office in the region and get their spin. Roads like that can go from passable to disaster in a monsoonal storm and I hear the road to Wheeler is harsh on a good day. Just haven't gotten around to it yet - so many great mountain ranges between here and there. :0) Been to Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument in New Mexico though which is exactly the same thing, but with pinon and ponderosa pine.
