		<description>Maybe instead of flat rate taxes to pay for medicare an incentive for getting fit could be taxes determined by how much body fat you have.  Something like: every 1% body fat over average for your height/age=you pay 1% of your paycheck...

Of course, this would probably mean that poorer people would end up paying more in medicare taxes and then the complaints that the wealthy don't pay enough to support everybody else will start in again.</description>
